Mr. Arao has extensive experience in the field of patent law. Mr.  Arao graduated from the Graduate School of Science (Department of Physics), Tokyo University of Science and he began his career at the R&D Division of Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co., Ltd. (SEL).  Mr. Arao was engaged in the development of thin film transistor (TFT) devices for 8 years.  Mr. Arao applied for more than 50 patents as an inventor during his time at SEL.  Mr. Arao was in charge of patent applications in the field of LCD devices, musical instruments, and signal processing in Asahi Patent Firm for 6 years.  Mr. Arao joined Takahashi, Hayashi and Partner Patent Attorneys, Inc. and Takahashi Yuichiro Law Office in 2012.
