Our office was established with the purpose of providing global and advanced technical and legal support. We have patent business corporations that engage in domestic and overseas patent / design / trademark registration application business (patent attorney), and a patent law firm that conducts infringement lawsuits, license negotiations, infringement investigations, and party invalidation trials.
We have filed many patent applications in all technical fields, including electrical, electronics, semiconductor, telecommunications, displays, machinery, software, chemistry, and biotechnology, and represented our clients in litigations within these fields.
Utilizing our extensive network of overseas agents, we handle foreign applications and litigation support to many countries including the United States, China, Europe, South Korea, and India.
