Mr. Arai has extensive IP experience.  Mr. Arai graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering (Department of Electrical Engineering), Tokai University, and began his career at the R&D Division of Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co., Ltd. (SEL).  Mr. Arai was engaged in the development of solar cell and thin film transistor (TFT) devices for 12 years.  Mr. Arai also worked for the IP division at SEL.
