Mr. Tokunaga graduated from the School of Science (Department of Physics), Tsukuba University, and he began his career at the R&amp;D Division of Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co., Ltd. (SEL). While at SEL, he was engaged in the development of thin film transistor (TFT) devices, oxide semiconductors, and memories for 8 years. In addition, he was in charge of negotiations with other companies at the IP Division for 2 years.
