As the global economic climate drastically changes, legal support suitable for state-of-the-art science and technology and innovative businesses is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our office was established with the purpose of providing global and advanced technical and legal support. We have patent business corporations that engage in domestic and overseas patent \/ design \/ trademark registration application business (patent attorney), and a patent law firm that conducts infringement lawsuits, license negotiations, infringement investigations, and party invalidation trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have filed many patent applications in all technical fields, including electrical, electronics, semiconductor, telecommunications, displays, machinery, software, chemistry, and biotechnology, and represented our clients in litigations within these fields.
Utilizing our extensive network of overseas agents, we handle foreign applications and litigation support to many countries including the United States, China, Europe, South Korea, and India.
Our members are constantly studying technology and growing together with our clients. We offer a range of services in many languages including English, Spanish, and Korean.<\/strong>
With stable office management by veteran office staff, we are building a system so that clients can request applications with peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
